San Pawl Tat-Targa Investments Limited
San Pawl Tat-Targa Investments is a new joint venture company, 50% owned by Virtu Properties, acquired a site located in the center of Malta in the much sought after area of San Pawl Tat-Targa. This upmarket residential development will consist of approximately 130 apartments located a few minutes walk from the beautiful historic town of Naxxar.
The Project is currently in the planning stage and is expected to be completed by 2025
The Virtu Maritime Centre
This property is being developed into three large office blocks situated in the Grand Harbour across the road from Deep Water Quay. The property will have approximately 4000 Sq.m of office space.

Siculomalti Limited
A joint venture company, 33% owned by Virtu Holdings, was set up to acquire and develop properties in our neighboring island of Sicily. SiculoMalti currently owns 25 different properties with the intention of developing them and offering them for rent and sale.

Virtu Depot Tal- Flixkun
