San Pawl Tat-Targa Investments is a new joint venture company, 50% owned by Virtu Properties, acquired a site located in the center of Malta in the much sought after area of San Pawl Tat-Targa. This upmarket residential development will consist of approximately 130 apartments located a few minutes walk from the beautiful historic town of Naxxar.
The Project is currently in the planning stage and is expected to be completed by 2020.
